Our Story
It started with a cup of coffee and a conversation at one of the SheCreates Weekly Female Networking meetups — the kind of conversation that makes your brain light up and your heart say, "This is it." We were talking about the gap no one really warns you about: that awkward, invisible space between who you are and how the world sees you. Whether you're a recent graduate with stars in your eyes and a CV in your hand, or a small business owner who's absolutely brilliant but somehow blending into the background — we’ve all felt it.
So, what's the sitch?
Somewhere between the laughter and the real talk, we discovered something bigger than either of us could do alone. SheCreates brought the tools of brand identity, marketing psychology, online presence, and visual strategy. Dazzling Gem brought the power of styling, body language, and self-presentation that doesn’t ask women to change — only to step fully into who they already are. Together, we decided to stop waiting for permission and start rewriting the rules.
We created this collaboration because we’ve lived the awkward moments, the rejections, the overlooked emails, the doors that only opened once we showed up differently. Not less real — just more visible. We know what it’s like to be brilliant and unseen. And we know what happens when someone finally sees you — and teaches you how to be seen by others.

So SheCreates, with our background in image consulting, branding, and a healthy obsession with marketing psychology, paired up with Dazzling Gem, an image consultant who doesn’t just understand outer beauty — she translates it into power. She sees the things most people miss: posture, presence, polish. She knows how to prep you for an interview in a way that says, "I’m confident, capable, and still me."
But we’re also full of hope. We’re here to grow. To learn. To climb. That’s why we bring in guest speakers and experts for special sessions—things like self-defense classes, calmness yoga, interview coaching, or even tools to build confidence in tough conversations. These aren’t your average “workshops.” They’re specifically designed to empower women in every version of the workplace.
